DMCA & Copyright Policy

1. Overview

OnlineStuffed respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 ("DMCA"), we will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement that are reported to our designated copyright agent.

2. Reporting Copyright Infringement

If you believe your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please provide our copyright agent with the following information:

1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent.
2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
3. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, with enough detail so that we may locate it on our platform.
4. Your contact information (address, telephone number, and email).
5. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner.
6. A statement made under penalty of perjury that the above information is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner.

3. Counter-Notification

If you believe your material has been removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification containing: your contact information, identification of the removed material, a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the removal was a mistake, and consent to jurisdiction of the federal court in your district.

4. Repeat Infringers

OnlineStuffed will terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers of intellectual property rights.
